In InfoPackage is not active line to select values - jobserver, jobname

1) We have BW 7.0 and DS 4.0.

2) We created rfc-connection on bw side and rfc-server on ds side. On bw side we tested rfc-connection - all is ok, no error.

3) Job server is working.

4) In InfoPackage (tab "3rd party selection") is not active line to select values like jobserver, jobname.

I found a Note 1601973 - Global variables not saved in case of BO-DS InfoPackage

It saysto installthe SP 28. Andinstall the servicepackat the customer'svery hard.

But inouroffice systemwe haveSAPBW 7.00 SP09 and all everything works fine.

Maybe someoneknowshow to solvethis problem:another noteoranother solution?
