How to find number of tables used in sap bods batch job.

Hi All,

I am using more than 200 source tables, 60 + work flows in my batch job, my requirment is like how to find the number of source tables used in my batch job along with names.

I think we have to fire some queries in our data base where our local repository data base exists and we can get it there, can any body help me out query syntax and if possible with small example with batch joba nd repository name like that ......any help is appericiate appreciable..............................
