BODS SFDC Load error 'unable to obtain exclusive access to this record'

Hi,

I have a job that loads data to SFDC. We are using SFDC adapter. I am getting

following error in Management console:

"Error loading <AccountTeamMember>: <unable to obtain exclusive access to this record>."

But when I re run the job, it gets executed successfully.

Any info on the issue, what may be causing it and how to resolve it would be helpful.

(Note: sometimes , I also get this error in another job which loads data to

SFDC)
