SAP Data Services Translate Russian addresses

Hello,

Using the Global address cleanse we are not able to cleanse Russian Addresses. We do not yet have the Russian Dictionaries installed.

Examples of data:

X_MDM_NAME|ST_ADDRESS1|CITY|COUNTRY_NAME|COUNTRY_REGION|X_INN
Сибирское молоко Филиал ОАО ВБД|Новосибирская обл.,15G - Склад ГП||Russian Federation||7713085659
Ростовский филиал ОАО ВБД|Ростовская обл.,Ростов-на-Дону г., Доватора ул., 150||Russian Federation||7713085659

Any Ideas why this does not work? Do the Russian Address Directories need to be installed in order for this to work?
