FTP could not transfer file from SAP host

Hi,

I am currently investigating an intermittent issue with regards to the sample error below:

FTP could not transfer file </interface/sapmp1/u0000a/out/doc1.dat> from host <SAPMP1>: <T>. Please ensure that the FTP relative path for the SAP R/3 working directory is set correctly such that the data file is accessible to  the FTP program. Also, ensure that the target path, where the transferred file is written to, is correct.

I am using BODI version 11.7.

This error does happen intermittently and has no specific time or day of occurance. With this, may I kindly know if the cause of this issue has been identified or a permanent fix to be applied on the job?
