BODS Upgrade and Migration from Unix to Windows

Hi,

I am looking for the steps to upgrade BODS 3.2 (On Unix) to BODS 4.1 (Windows 7). What are the high level steps to upgrade and migrate BODS 3.2 (Unix) to BODS 4.1 (Windows 7)?

Grateful if you can provide the high level risks also.
