Error which executing batch job in normal mode

Hello Experts

We are using SAP BODS 4.2 SP 01 patch version 224  designer. Sybase IQ v 16 is as Database. While executing a batch job via designer in normal mode we are getting error which says ' Duplicate value in unique index ******** on row *** '

While executing the same in debug mode, job is completing without any error/warning message.  Please suggest what could be the cause and resolution for this. As we can not go with debugger execution mode every time in real scenarios. Not sure if this is a bug and has been fixed already in upcoming patched/support packs.
