Reusability of configurations in landscape

Hi Experts,

We have SAP Data services 4.2 and SAP Information Steward installed in our DEV environment .We have did all the configurations required to connect BW and ECC .RFC's configured ,job server ,repositories are configured to connect ECC DEV and BW DEV.

Now we are planning to have BODS and Information Steward Quality system in our landscape to connect ECC and BW Quality systems.I want to know how much of effort we can reuse from the BODS DEV environment ?

can we transport RFC's and job server settings did in ECC DEV /BW DEV to ECC Quality /BW Quality ?

I'm requesting your guidance in this implementation.Thanks in advance.
