IPS upgrade warning from 4.0 to 4.1

Hi All,

i'm trying to upgrade IPS from 4.0 SP05 to IPS 4.1 SP03 and
getting below warning.

Warning: if you continue, Fixes may be removed from your system. Ensure that
you are installing a compatible package

I went to service market place SAP Data Services Support Packages and
Patches and downloaded below file to upgrade from IPS 4.0 SP05 to 4.1

SBOP Information Platform Services 4.1 - Update - IPS4100_0-20010909.EXE

is this a wrong file ? do i need to go to installations and upgrades
download below file ? if yes, will it allow me upgarde IPS from 4.0 SP05 to 4.1
SP03 directly ?

SBOP INFORMATION PLATFORM SERVICES 4.1 SP03 WINDOWS (64B) - 51047861

Please help me understanding this
