Hi Experts I am trying to increase the performance of job, i have gone through Forums, i came to know , in the Optimized SQL, if there is Insert followed by select then it is a Full Push down to Database, if there is only select then it is partial push down, Please find the attached Screen shots of a Simple Data Flow and Optimized SQL,
