Duplicate check before loading into ECC, MDG

Hi Folks,

My requirement is to load data from excel source files into SAP ECC, SAP MDG using BODS. My doubt is how to check whether the data exists on ECC side and MDG side before loading to avoid duplicate records. Appreciate your help.
