Hi Anybody can help me with Information Steward Cleansing Package issue?

Hi Everybody,Can anybody let me know , if we can give Database Table as a input while creating a Customer Cleansing  Package in Information Steward and if yes then how?.

And if not , Can we use a database table as input for the Cleansing Package transform imported to Data Services?

In short anybody can explain how to use Information Steward custom Cleansing Package in case of Database table as input.
