Error when loading from open hub

Hello.

I'm loading data from an open hub in BW and after a few job runs I started to get this error:

What happened is that one of the loading process in BW (DTP) did not get the notification from DS and stayed in yellow for a long time until I manually changed it to green. After that DS kept looking for the same request ID in the system (2085824) and it does not exists anymore because it was already loaded.

how can I bypass this problem? how can I let DS know that this request is no longer available?
