Loading SAP BW data through BODS

Hi DS Experts,

I am new to Data services (DS).

I am trying to load the BW data into BODS Staging database table,but in SAP BW side data was showing and coming to DS side data was not showing.(Showing empty records) And same Data store credentials other tables are able to read the data.

what might be the issue??? Could you please help me on this.
