How to schedule job to run on third business day of every month

I see two options under scheuling a job, either by week (7 day schedule) or by month calendar with all 31 days. with recurring option.

But how can i schedule a job to run on 3rd business day of every month. making sure taking into acct just week days excluding wekend.s

as an example if 1st of month is saturday, then third business day of month will be 5th of that month.

here is teh calendar which appeaers in DS., does anyone know how to schedule the job to run the 3rd business day. is it via .bat file via export execution command?

pls share if you have used any scripts.
