SQL Server to HANA:Performance

Hi,

I am loading data from SQL server to HANA using BODS. The load type is simple one-to-one mapping.

What I have done for performance:

DOP=3

Number of loaders=4

commit size=5000

monitor sample rate=50000

Here for 4 Million(40 lakh) records , the time taken is 13 minutes.

Is there anyway to improve the performance ? what else I can do for performance improvement?

I request not to give existing links for generic performance tuning.
