Datetime field Overflow Error

Hi Experts, My Source is ECC and target is SQl server I am using  BODS(4.2 version), I am extracting data from Z table in ECC and loading to Temp Table on SQl SERVER I have a Date field in Source and converting to Datetime using (TO_DATE(CAST(xxxxxxxx, 'VARCHAR(10)'),'YYYY.MM.DD') When I run the job getting error as below Please find the attached screen shots Any Suggestions please Thanks
