Changing datastore configuration at runtime

Hi,

Is it possible to change the data store config during runtime?

We have a requirement to extract data using web services.  But, each table we need to query has a different web service URL and the input / output parameters are also different.

It wouldn't be a good idea to create separate data store for each table as we need to query more than 50 tables.

Please let me know if any better approach can be followed?
