Unit of Measure conversion

Hi All,

I have situation here...

I have multiple Alternative Unit of Measures(MEINH) Like EA, YS, TH, YSL etc... In MARM Table.

I have Material Number(MATNR) and i have quantity values like 250,200,122 etc...

So my requirement is: I want convert any MEINH into CS(case).

Can Any one help out. It is very important and i don't have idea on how to convert the quantity to CS.
