How to handle multiple delimited file in BODS?

Hi Guys,

         I have a situation where my source file has multiple delimiters like "|+", how to handle this in BODS?

        Source file structure is like

        EMP_ID|+NAME|+SAL|+HIRE_DATE|+JOB

        Any help will be appreciated.
