Hello Everyone,
Many time it has been observed that our BODS Job Server goes into a <defunct> status as shown below:
We are not sure why? To get it working we kill those defunct processes and restarts Job Servers.
Environment Details:
- Server OS: SuSE Linux v 10.3
- BODS Product Version: SAP BODS 4.2 SP1
- BO Product Version: SAP BI 4.0 SP4
- All Repository Database: Orcle 11g
- Application Server: Tomcat 7
Could someone guide to identify the cause please?
