Understanding Business Requirement creating and Modifying Jobs

Hi All,

I am new to BODS and am finding difficulties in understanding Business Requirements and creating a new Job or modifying existing job as per new requirements.

What should be my approach to understand BRD(Business Requirement Document) with ease and develop or modify existing Jobs as per new business logic??

Is there any documents for the same.
