Performance slow using HTTP Adapter Message Functions

Hi All

We have a performance issue while accessing a REST web-service in BODS 4.2 SP5.

In Function_Call I just call my method from web-service and pass input parameter to it.

There are 2 parallel data flows in each Work flow and there are total of 10 work flows. In each data flow we are calling 2 message functions from HTTP adapter instance. I have noticed that the parallel data flows which involved web service call takes long time to finish...

We have followed the steps mentioned in the below wiki by Jincy M

The job used to take 8 hours before upgrade and now it is taking almost 11 hours to complete..

Also we had to create a new HTTP Adapter Datastore as the job behaved weirdly after upgrade of the repository. We have upgraded our Local and Central repository from DS 4.0 to  DS 4.2 SP5.

What steps can we take to improve the performance. Any inputs would be really appreciated with points
