How to Navigate the path of External ID in salesforce.com?

             I am prasanna. I try to navigate the path of External ID.

             I follow this link 7.Create a simple Salesforce loading job - Enterprise Information Management - SCN Wiki.

             In this link i got a pic like this.

      But, I didn't get this External id.Please help me.
