After logon, Data Services Designer will not launch

Hi,

In my DS q environment, I just met an issue which never happen before. I opened the Designer, input my username and password, click on'Logon', after a couple of secs, the designer display, "

IF YOU CONTINUE YOU MAY CORRUPT YOUR REPOSITORY!!!

The following users are already logged on:.............................“

For here, no matter I chose "continue' or "reset the user', the Designer just disappeared and never launched.

I tried a few times, it always likes this.

I also tried the method, cmd->" services.msc", and restart or stop the SAP Data Service. Nothing changed.
