Need expertise help on predicting the best approach to load the delta data from SAP ECC to HANA Tables.
We need to load the data as is from SAP ECC to HANA with Initial and delta data on daily basis.
As of now, we are not having any delta extraction logic, because of this we are pulling the whole data in normal data flow (using SAP ECC table as source) and after that Table Comparison with Sorted Input method (smaller tables where row count is less than 500k) to predict the rows such as I, U or D.
For tables having row count greater than 500k, we are first loading all the data as is from source to staging table in HANA (lets say TMP1) and retaining the previous day data in TMP2 table. Now doing computation on these 2 sets using MINUS we are bringing out the delta rows (I, U or D) to load to the target HANA tables.
Please let us know if this is the best approach to implement or suggest us the best faster approach in this scenario to load the data quickly on daily basis?
