Few records missing while loading into BW

Hi All,

I'm merging the records from 2 tables and loading them into BW by running the Info packages. My target in BODS is BW data source.

After the load, I found out that few records are missing. I need to find those missing records and load them again.

I tried using the table comparison transform but I was not able to find my BW target as the matching table in the transform.

Is there any other way I can find out the missing records and load them?
