Merge Data from Same Column

Hello,

We are processing TDP and on two columns our output is like this :

Standar_form        TYPE                  ID      Parent ID ( all -1 )

UK                         Country              1

78%                       Percent               2

USA                      Country                3

89%                       Percent               4

INDIA                    Country               5

90%                       Percent               6

Requirement is to create another single field ( in database level through bods or in webi ) with this output

Output

UK 78%

USA 89%

INDIA 90%
