Unable to login into a repository

Hi,

We have a valid repository hosted on SQL Server.

We can successfully open the database, as well as register the same in CMC.

However, when trying to login into the repository through Designer, we get an error like

'ERROR : ODBC Call <SQLDriverConnect> for data source <servername> failed: <[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SQL Server does not exist or Access denied>'.

Does anyone know why is this happening?

We have other databases on the server too, but none of them give this error.
