Errror during import table metadata from R3 in SAP DS4.2

Hello,

Actually we want connect the SAP DS 4.2 SP5 to SAP R3 and import tables metadata, we create the datastore and the connection its success but when we try import or search any table the next error appear:

and in ST22 we see this:

Reading some more about it, we try to import the transport request from DS to R3 but it seems that step its for older versions of R3 and the de DS functions already include in the system... is it ? or we need to do something in R3 system. ?
