Passing the status through a parameter

Hi All,

I am loading 3 files from SALES,ACCOUNTING,HR departments as shown the data below.

I have used 3 data flows to load 3 different target tables.

ACCOUNTS FILE

I want to load the success status of these 3 tables into a table STATUS_TBL.

FileName           Empname     DeptName       RunDate

SALES FILE                E1              SALES            12-05-2016

ACCOUTNTS FILES      E3              ACCOUNTS   12-05-2016

HR FILE                    E5              HR                  12-05-2016

Please advise me how to pass the parameters or steps.
