how to add newly created Repo to Job Server in Linux BODS 4.2

Dear experts,

I urgently need to assign a Job server to newly created repository in BODS 4.2 Linux.

I tried launching svrcfg but getting the following error;

Unable to load DLL or shared library <libds_cypo.so>. Please make sure the library is installed and located correctly.

I urgently need help. Your quick help is really appreciated.
