BW Infopackage 3rd party selection

I've successfully setup BODS to BW connections and BODS job loading the data into info package successfully. everything looks OK, until i notice that 3rd party selection tab has 2 mandatory fields. Repo and Job name. when i click on this tab, its not letting me go out until i fill these fields.

If i exit w/out filling these fields, it is stopping RFC connection on management console and turning into red. If i fill these fields, next time when the job runs it fails with Unique key constraint error on AL_BW_REQUEST.

please let me know how to fix this issue.
