Hello - I am upgrading from Data Services 4.0 to 4.2 SP1. As part of this upgrade, I am also upgrading the Information Platform Services to version 4.1 SP2. I have downloaded the installation disc from the service marketplace but it gives me an error when I run the setup (see attached image).
It seems there is a separate installation disc for upgrades (as opposed to new installations), and I can't seem to find that disc on the marketplace. I've checked all over the place and read through the documentation but I can't find mention of this separate maintenance package.
Does anyone know where I can find it?
