Hi All,
We have just patched one our DS Servers to 4.1 SP2 from 4.1 SP1 and are now encountered an issue with one of our loads.
We are getting the following errors:
A row delimiter was seen for row number <1> while processing column number <4> in file
2068 3632 FIL-080105 28/01/2014 16:44:07 <xxxx.csv>. The row delimiter should be seen after <48> columns. Check the file for bad data,
2068 3632 FIL-080105 28/01/2014 16:44:07 or redefine the input schema for the file by editing the file format in the UI.
and also
End of file was found without reading a complete row for file <xxx.csv>. The expected number
2068 3140 FIL-080102 28/01/2014 16:44:07 of columns was <48> while the number of columns actually read was <33>. Check the input file for errors or verify the schema
2068 3140 FIL-080102 28/01/2014 16:44:07 specification for the file format. The number of rows processed was <176>.
I'm presuming the file is being interpreted differently and it is now failing due to carriage returns or such like in the data.
We have currently got the row delimeter set to Row {New Line}.
Is there any setting in 'Ignore row markers' setting we could use that could resolve.
The same file loads ok in other versions such as 4.1 SP1.
Anybody else expereienced this problem and got a solution?
Howard
