RM deployment from Dev to Prod

Hi all
what's the best way to move from Dev to Production a new RapidMart ? My idea was to export the jobs as .atl like I always do but I'm just concerned about all new Abap programs that do not exist in Prod: How can I identify them once imported and generate/upload them all before I run the new RM ?
