Code page conversion

Hi ,

I have one database with code page ASCII.   But  In my source data  I have Arabic characters .   When it loaded the data loaded as some junk characters  like ??????  as it wont support Arabic data.

But now i don't have source system.

I have created the one more database with UTF8.

I want to move the data from first database (ASCII) to current database (UTF8) .

I want to recover the Arabic characters into UTF8 database from ASCII source database.

Please help me how to resolve this issue.
