Convert decimal(10,3) to decimal(10,2)

Hi Experts,

When mapping

My Source field has  decimal(10,3)

In  the target i Want  decimal(10,2)

When i just edited the target Field and made 10,3 to 10,2 i am getting warning

Please let me know
