Loading Data from BODS to BW Issue

Currently we face an issue that we need to read one table from oracle database and load it to BW

We need to make some transformation on the table before loading it to BW

We already configured RFC in Data Service Driver  and we identified the datastore  in RFC and we read the structure of the table in the Data Source

Then we created infopackage and we try to load data using the infopackage and we found data is loaded to PSA but without doing the required transformation (Such as converting from CHAR to DATS)

But when we excecute the same job in designer the data is loaded and transformation is already done
