Please, need your help on linking DB2 Datastores,
Here is the issue:
DataServices 4.1 - Version 14.1.2.238
Database: DB2 UDB 9.7
Source Database DB2 - Prod Server (AS400)
Target Database - DB2 - Test Server (AIX)
Source_Table -> Query Transform -> Target_Table
My optimized sql, never generates pushdown SQL (INSERT INTO..). So I guess I need to link Source & Target Datastores, when I try to connect I am getting the following error (screenshot). I searched SCN, user guide and other places for the solution and came to know that I need my DBA to link Target Database to Source Database, if this is true, can someone help me what exactly I have to request my DBA to make this work, please?
My apologies, if this is wrong place to post, as this is more related to DB2.
