can a Real-Time job will load data into a database file along with XML message loader

Hi Experts

I am creating a Real-Time job in which an XML Message source is created with providerID=5,in my job Query transform function will check the condition with the database file and will retrieve the data matched with the XML provider ID with the Patient database ProviderID

In this case data is successfully retriving and Loading into an XML target Message loader file, but i want the same data to be load into a database file.

I have created my job as show below

Please give me suggestions how can load data at a time into a database file
