DS 4.2 - Table_Not_Available RFC issue

In the midst of an upgrade from 4.0 to 4.2.  Running a job and receiving the following error:

This job runs fine in our 4.0 environment and is pointing to the same BW source environment.  It does not appear to be an authorization issue and I am able to see the data within the dataflow when I select the magnifying glass on the source object.

Any ideas on this would be helpful.
