Input field name FAULT_CODE was not found in the SAP table - DQM for SAP

Hello Friends,

After BODS upgrade from 3.x to 4.x, I faced the below error.Can anyone of you, please help me out in sorting this issue:

Error:

The DQ server job Service_Realtime_DQ_SAP_Address_Cleanse Output field name FAULT_CODE was not found in the SAP table /fldq/ad_adrc_struc

I referred SAP Notes:

1497966

but couldn't get through it.
