Execute DS Designer without Admin Account

hello together,

if we install the DS Designer on a Win7 laptop, the wizard always asks for the admin account.

After the installation, we can only execute the DS designer with an admin account.

Does anybody know why the DS Designer do this and is there a way to use the DS designer without a local admin account?
