Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint

Hi Experts,

Every time when i run a job with primary keys i am facing this issue regularly will u people please help me to resolve with  this issue.

This is occurred when i am performing conditional job.

ODBC data source <172.16.9.117> error message for operation <SQLExecute>.<[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK__BSEG__4E0EA225045D7239'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.BSEG'.The duplicate key value is (4100, 2020000000, 2009, 1).

Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK__BSEG__4E0EA225045D7239'. Cannot  insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.BSEG'. The duplicate key value is (4100, 2020000000, 2009, 2).
