Migrating BODS XI 3.2 -> 4.2 : about central repositories

Hi,

We are studying the best way to migrate our old BODS XI 3.2 to 4.2 SP4 in Windows environment.

Our repositories (local/central) are currently using MySQL 5.0 database.

We plan to use SQL Server RDBMS repositories (2008 or 2012).

Migrating local repositories is clearly described on the web so I don't have any question about this.

Concerning central repositories, I can't find a way to migrate those repositories from MySQL to SQL Server that preserves the history.

Moreover, in the Product Availability Matrix (https://websmp110.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000441762013E), MySQL 5.0 is deprecated for BODS 4.2, so is it possible to use the "upgrade" tool in the new Repository Manager ?

Any idea ?
