I am on customer site and they are having an issue with the DS server manager.
Context:
After restarting SIA and Tomcat, most of the servers do not auto-restart even though the 'Auto-Restart' box is checked (the window with the Auto-Restart option is grayed out)
Please see the attached screenshot for reference. It shows which servers restart as they are supposed to and which ones stay stopped.
The customer is able to manually restart the servers (a time consuming and tedious process), but they should all restart on their own.
Can anyone advise on the source of this problem and/or offer potential resolutions?
