Loading Arabic data to Sql server& Syabse IQ

Hi ,

I want to load Arabic data from sql server to Sybase IQ.

I can extract the arabic data from Sql server  using code page cp1256 and language ara in the data store settings.

I am doing bulk loading into Sybase IQ. If I use the temp table as target  i can see the Arabic script. But if it is permanent table  it is showing some junk characters. 

I tried keeping sql server as target  , If permanent  table  i cannot see arabic script. If it is temp table   if the target option is use NVARCHAR for VARCHAR for supported databases is YES  it is loading arabic data .

Please help me how to resolve this issue.
